Mobile Notary Services — Pittsburgh, PA

What is a mobile notary?+
A mobile notary travels to your location — your home, office, hospital, or any other convenient spot — rather than requiring you to come to them. There’s no office to visit. I come to you at a time that works for your schedule, including evenings and weekends.
How much does a notary cost in Pennsylvania?+
Pennsylvania sets a maximum fee of $5 per notarial act for standard notarizations. For loan signings — mortgage closings, refinances, and HELOCs — I charge a separate professional service fee of $100–$200 depending on the complexity of the package. A travel fee may also apply depending on your location. Contact me for a specific quote.
What is a notary signing agent?+
A notary signing agent is a commissioned notary public who specializes in real estate loan documents. At a loan signing, I walk borrowers through a mortgage closing package — sometimes 100 pages or more — ensuring every document is properly signed, initialed, and dated before returning the completed package to the title company or lender. I am NNA-certified and background-checked.
Do you offer same-day notary appointments in Wexford or Pittsburgh?+
Yes — I do my best to accommodate same-day requests throughout Allegheny, Butler, and Beaver Counties. Call or text me directly and I’ll let you know my availability. Evening and weekend appointments are also available.
What areas do you serve?+
I serve all of Allegheny, Butler, and Beaver Counties, with a focus on the North Hills and Butler County corridor. This includes Wexford, Cranberry Township, Mars, Baden, Zelienople, McCandless, Ross Township, Gibsonia, Allison Park, McKees Rocks, Millvale, Etna, Bellevue, West View, Sewickley, and all Pittsburgh neighborhoods. Don’t see your area? Call or text — I’ll let you know if I can get there.
What do I need to bring to a notary appointment?+
You’ll need a current, valid, government-issued photo ID — a driver’s license, state ID, or passport. The name on your ID must match the name on the documents being notarized. For loan signings, your lender or title company will provide all the documents in advance; you don’t need to bring anything other than your ID.
Can you provide legal advice about the documents I’m signing?+
No — and this is an important distinction. As a notary public, my role is to verify your identity and witness your signature. I am not an attorney and cannot explain the legal meaning of documents, advise you whether to sign, or answer legal questions. If you have concerns about a document, please consult a licensed attorney before your signing appointment.
Do you provide notary services for funeral homes and estates?+
Yes — I provide compassionate mobile notary services for families dealing with estate matters. This includes powers of attorney, affidavits of heirship, life settlement documents, and other estate-related notarizations. I understand these are sensitive situations and handle all signings with care and discretion. Same-day availability for urgent needs.
How do I schedule a notary appointment?+
The easiest way is to call or text me directly at (412) 663-7738, or use the contact form on this page. For loan signings arranged through a title company, the signing service will contact me directly on your behalf. I typically confirm appointments within a few hours.
Do you work with title companies and signing services?+
Yes — as an independent notary signing agent I accept direct assignments from title companies, mortgage lenders, and signing services. I am listed on Snapdocs, SigningAgent.com, SigningOrder, and NotaryCafe. If your company would like to add me to your preferred signing agent list, please contact me directly at geo@seersys.com.
